Great products with wide a selection to chose from.The low score for shipping is given because of the lengthy time - 2 weeks to arrive. The order was just left on the porch, as requested if 'not home'. I was home!

I order all the time and it's usually prompt and professional and I get my order quick but due to website requiring update such as I ordered unison 36 PK pastels it didn't say out of stock so I ordered it has taken nearly a month to get a made set in store, which was great and the new pastelbord you didn't get asked colour choices?
