Fabulous service. Items arrived promptly, packed well and in good condition. Unfortunately the book ordered was no longer in print, & another was sent. When contacted about this the staff were wonderful, they sourced the problem within 10 minutes and a refund was provided within 1 hour. My only comment is that at times your web site is not accurate in regard to item being out of stock it make it hard to know what you need all of a sudden is not available and on back order when the web site indicated it was availableFrustrating to say the least but you are the bet art store on line
