I can't fault the service! Senior's staff members kept me up to date about my order so that I knew exactly where it was . Its great to know that good old fashion customer service hasn't died. Brilliant service I noticied that the pencils were mailed on saturday .I received the parcel on Monday this is a record for AP normally would be around 3-4 days many thanks again I shall be telling all the art group about your service.We normally went to creamers in Albury but they have retired so I started looking and found yourselves thanks heapsReview date 24.07.2015

Perhaps you could review the way that you package the watercolour brushes. You wrapped my Alvaro Castagnet watercolour brush with lots of tape and i used my trusty knife to cut the tape and accidentally also cut my new brush. :-(Review date 23.07.2015
