I ordered over $250 of product and received an email several days later to say that an item couldn't be shipped until the following Tuesday. A fortnight after the original order I rang up to ask why no one had explained the further delay. There was no apology, just the fact that it was being posted that day. Very ordinary. As I have previously raised, unfair offers on freight. Instead of offering 100% discount on standard freight and nil discount on bulk freight at least provide each customer with the same $$ saving!Review date 06.08.2019

I have just noted on auspost that my order is being returned to sender as it was addressed incorrectly.I rang senior art of my change of address and also emailed this info and was assured that it had been corrected. But sadly not. I am disappointed in the delay in receiving my order

We are very sorry that you haven’t received your order as of this review. Australia post is usually very reliable. We did send the order the day after recieving it.
