I had to rate your store because it was a required filed but I have never been there...you have changed your layout on online ordering. For me it was much harder to use but most likely I will get used to it.I do have a question, when I place an order on line and have to finish the order the next day it is gone? I might be doing it wrong...

Excellent products and price. Because I buy online it is great when you offer free postage on products. Ashlea's customer service and communication is excellent she is so efficient and right onto it. It would be good to offer a points or similar to reward those customers who buy from you, I think this would promote customer loyalty even more.Review date 03.04.2016

Bought a gift voucher online and had to insist on receiving it via email straight after payment.Was initially told the person who emails the vouchers may have gone home.This defeats the purpose of online service.
Should be an automated function.Company needs to work on this.Even this comment box restricts me on writing all I needed to write ..
