I was given the wrong tracking number to start with,until i made phone calls and was given the right one.My product was coming Thomastown via courier,i caught the delivery man leave a card in my letter box to pick up from post office and sit back in his van.I called out to him from my gate he was defensive.Items have been thrown gate broken in past

Hi, I shopped online and in your Vic cbd store last week. I am a bit disappointed that popular colours of DS watercolour were out of stock- your sales assistant confirmed this was often the case 'they always sell out really fast'. Could you not stock more in which case?

Online service is very good, although a website redesign is due.

Just learning to do water colours Finding paints is OK but I bought masking fluid and I could not find the site where I could order the rubber/eraser/remover to remove the fluid.

Website sold me 5 tubes of paint and there were only 2 in stock. communication resolving this issue was not great. I do like your shop though and will continue to shop.
