It helps if you know exactly what you want when ordering online. I don't find the product/brand menu on the LHS of the screen particularly user friendly or visually appealing.

I think your products are very expensive 5ml tubes watercolour, between $11.00 & $18.91 a lot of money for not a lot of paint, your website miss led me in thinking if I ordered 3 tubes I would receive 1 for FREE, and therefore I went ahead with ordering, I did not get my FREE tube, though I included my discount number. A bit disappointed.
