Disappointing as a client I have to chase up an order when there has been a delay. Better communication and initiative to contact buyer would have been beneficial. Excuses are just poor form and reflect badly on shop.Review date 05.12.2017

Service and communication was great.Free freight is the main thing for me as I live on an island. It is only 20 mins by ferry to town but find that taking taxis and buses to the art shop adds so much to the cost of materials.
