Service and communication was great.
Free freight is the main thing for me as I live on an island. It is only 20 mins by ferry to town but find that taking taxis and buses to the art shop adds so much to the cost of materials.

Order placed on 23/7. Advised there will be a delay - asked by senior do I still want order as they have to get more supplies. I placed another order on 25/7 - has not arrived and no advice from Seniors. I think that it is an unacceptably long wait for receipt of goods ordered.
