The paper I ordered was sent promptly. Your website is not allowing me to access water colour paints. An email I sent about this was answered promptly but disappointingly said it couldn’t be fixed. Reply email not answered. So I won’t be buying paints from you and when my gift voucher is finished not at all. Shame. Your web site is clunky - upd
