I called to report my order was incorrect, was told that you double check orders. Clearly not. Then I was flippantly told you are only human. Really? Just wanted it fixed, and maybe an apology. Then told a return postal address sticker was coming, to just return it. My question is; Who pays for the large envelope needed? Senior Art has slipped.Review date 12.11.2021

Great customer service from browsing products and ease of purchase to the quick response in shipping!However, I was somewhat surprised with the packaging used. Luckily it arrived in good condition.
So many experiences had by artists where packaging has been ripped or cut through damaging the product inside.

The website is consumer friendly I don’t have any trouble finding things I looking forOrdering on line is no problem either
The posting packaging and tracking are very good and helpful I especially like the tracking messages that tell me where my parcel is and when it arrives
