I'm happy purchasing my supplies from you. The only issue I had was an enquiry email that I sent. I didn't find the reply, which I was assured was sent, even in my spam. But knowing me I probably missed it 😅. So I phoned instead. I just wish I could personally visit as it would be like visiting Aladdin's cave! 👍

My order arrived promptly. However, because it was so carefully packaged in a different box I thought it was incorrect and was afraid to open the box. On contacting the company I was assured it was correct, just packaged very securely. Sure enough, my tiny watercolour tubes were in perfect condition inside. Thank you.
