I ended up going into the Brisbane store a few days after I received my order. The staff was lovely and remembered packing my online order. The store is beautiful - only high quality artist grade products. Seniors will definitely be my first port of call.

I had a bit of a problem as when I received it the little blue button was missing! So strange. When I contacted them about it they sent me another one without question and I sent the faulty one back to them. Great service and great product as it has a larger water bottle than any of the other ones I have purchased- thankyou!

My query was answered within an hour. Goods arrived within a few days. Amazing as I live in FNQ and most things take many weeks even if they are coming from Australia. Very happy with store.

Very good service. Your webpage can sometimes be difficult to work with when ordering. Get to a certain number of products and it wont accept more. You have to know which view to be in when using the paint page to actually get and order into the basket. It's not quite intuitive. Otherwise fine. Thanks
