I visited your de Graves Street shop when in Melbourne last month. Excellent service and variety of products.
Your postal service has been efficient every time I have ordered items from you.
However, I find your website very slow and 'clunky'. It really needs an upgrade to make it more user friendly, specially when searching for something.

Website can be a very slow when searching for products or wont even open product page. Ive tried a couple of servers otherwise great shop.

Without doubt the first place I go to for online art supplies. The prices are good along with a variety of top line products. You will know up front if a product is available or not. You can place a notification to be told when product does become available. Customer service is fabulous.
