I mostly shop at the Frankston store, always find staff very helpful and friendly.
I recently purchased an Italian made lightweight easel for plein air painting, very happy with this product. I also love 20% off sales, encourages me to buy more!!!!

Prompt service, well packaged quality product. Would like to see a loyalty program that accrues points to offset postage, or complimentary postage as I often buy items locally ( as do my friends) as we don’t need $150 worth of products and can’t wait for a bulk buy.
