Everything was great except for the kneadable eraser. It’s too hard and impossible to tear apart. I’ll have to go to Office works now to buy a Faber Castell.

I am always delighted by your service. The only reason I havn't given the website 5 stars is because it seems I can't order watercolour paint without contacting you. As yet I havn't got around to emailing when I need paint and I don't like making phone calls. I am just letting you know why. Not a real problem.
