I have experienced excellent customer service. Products are great. Website could improve with a visual sizing of brushes (could be very competitive compared to other art shops) the Robert Wade brush visual scale is very helpful for example. Prices are on the expensive side even with special discounts. Was a little disappointed re the lack of stock.Review date 24.05.2020

There was a slight mixup with my order but it was dealt with without question and delivered by Express mail within a day to country Victoria.The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding and reinforced my decision to make Seniors my ‘go to’ when shopping for art supplies.

There was a little mixup with my order but it was fixed up quickly and without any question.The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding and I received the correct order via express post within a day.
