The problem I have with your website is logging in . I am a returning customer and every time I put my email address in it tells me I am not recognised so I have to check out as a guest which is annoying. There must be a glitch there somewhere.Review date 19.05.2020

The only comment I would like to make, relates to value for money. The new Chinese watercolour paper is hugely overpriced. This is unfortunate. In addition the Arches watercolour paper is also overpriced and extremely expensive.Review date 18.05.2020

Very fast & efficient service, High quality products.My only complaint is that I cannot update my details so I use the guest option. Though my details show an old email, I am receiving all notifications to my current email, as above.
