Although I did have an issue with one item, your reply and fixing the problem was immediate.Just as a feedback note, a while ago you sent me a voucher for a 4% discount on the next order, I found this to be an insult and you would be far better to give dot samples or free shipping etc or a proper discount or nothing at all than 4%.

Your website is so easy to navigate, despite my lack of technical ability, and very well laid out. It's a snack to find the products I want. Product prices are excellent and shipping always prompt. Easy to find and access CBD location. Pleasant, courteous and helpful staff. Good product knowledge and willing to spent time explaining and demonstrating even when aware we may have needed to purchase the product via there webstore because we could not take it with us on the day.
