Finding my chosen product on the website was a bit tricky when searching by simple keywords. Also, the chosen product website picture is not the same as the actual product (orientation and colour). I live too far from any good art shops to buy my supplies personally, so I rely on online purchasing. My orders always arrive quickly. Things like brushes need extra careful packing, and this was done effectively. When I have needed to contact staff by phone or email, they are friendly and helpful.
