No problem with the service or product. I have been using it for the past 20 years. However, I did not see any referance to the fact that prices were excluding GST. Which is a bit misleading.Peter.

Indicated that I'd be collecting in store. Kept informed over phone when order was completed in a timely way for pickup.Easily worked into my day of travel and all staff very helpful.

Wonderful site and extremely helpful over the phone communication. The only small issue I had was I was told my order would come in 3 days. When it didn't I rang and was told 1 item was being brought in from another store.I said I would wait and it arrived a few days later all intact and beautifully packed.Review date 15.11.2017

Bit confused with shipping costs. I may have misread but I thought if I ordered up to $149 for example, shipping was free. Bit disappointed, but otherwise communication excellent.Review date 15.11.2017
