One of the items I purchased was a watercolour brush. It had a plastic tube protector and several of the hairs were pushed back. I would hope mail order brushes would be checked for imperfections before posting as they are not cheap. If I was selecting a brush for someone I would choose one without bent hairs. Was disappointed.

Excellent service; great website. Staff are friendly and super helpful when you ring the store. Product came very quickly. Absolutely love the Michael Harding oil paints (yellow ochre deep, lead tin yellow light and transparent oxide brown) and the Williamsburg (Italian Raw Umber) oil paint I purchased
