Products, prices, prompt delivery all excellent. However VERY unhappy that Free Postage offer - partly WHY I made the Order- was withdrawn as for some reason my Order did not fit the specifications. Still I proceeded with the order. Then the NEXT day email from Seniors seeking my custom with 4% Discount, 1 day too late !!Review date 27.11.2017

I object to paying 9.99 for shipping when my watercolour paints weigh very little. I think freight should be on a weight basis rather than fixed.Review date 27.11.2017
Hi im not really sure what you are saying after looking into your order I noticed you didnt pay for shipping at all. Our shipping is pretty simple below $79 pay $9.99 between $79-149 shipping is $6.99 over $149 shipping is FREE
