Shipping was very speedy, had the the product but some of the items weren't in stock, I found the order tracking a little confusing as it said "coming from cae" and the status was just update. Overall will be doing all art shopping from here because for the most part they shipping is amazingly fast and the product amount is just unbelievable!

Very happy with my brushes once they got here. Delivery took a week and I think they may have been sent elsewhere initially as there was another name and address on the delivery envelope. This was then crossed out and my details written on.

Excellent service. Pity it wasn't free delivery as order was over $79 as advertised ($203) but deemed large.
Good to know exactly when parcel was to arrive, especially as regional NSW always takes longer.
