Although I have been to Malvern shop any time I now live on mid north coast NSW I still get great service by shopping on line. There is a total absence of art supply ships from Newcastle to Taree. Any chance Seniors will open a shop in this area? Seriously the on line service is excellent and eliminates all competition!Review date 25.03.2017

I seemed to be able to navigate my way around the website OK. Could have used a slightly larger image of the watercolour brush heads so I could really see what i was ordering. In the Robert Wade Nerf range , a size 10/0 had a smaller length of hairs than I thought the photograph portrayed. I thought they were long and skinny like 4 but thinner.Review date 22.03.2017

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of my order, however one tube of paint was damaged and leaking. I rang up and also sent a photo of the damage. I haven't heard anything since.....a bit disappointing.Review date 22.03.2017
