As a first time user and a novice artist I found the product range good and the website quite easy to navigate. I would have liked some more info on the difference between the brushes and what is best for acrylic, oil etc. the communication around postage and delivery was excellent. Thanks - I'll be back!

Having a discontinued product listed is not the best policy but customer service was quick to piont this out and offer an alternative. This is still my best online place to shop for my art supplies and will be for a long time to come.
