very friendly staff. I rang a number of times to organise an online gift certificate and the phone correspondence was polite, helpful and informative. The email containing the certificate came very soon after my purchase. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I initially contacted the shop by phone to define product availability. I received courteous and effective service by the customer service staff who directed me appropriately to the website. From the website I was able to easily order what I was after without a hassle. The back end of the web purchase application seemed pretty seamless. Very happy!
