Excellent shop, service and products. I like the 20% off because it then cancels out the postage I have to pay.The delivery this time was poor I thought. I saw the delivery man leave the parcel in the letterbox...no attempt to see if I was home. At least half of the parcel was hanging out of the letterbox and I'm sure would have been stolen.

ordered 2 Dagger brushes - Neef good but the David Taylor one I want to return as the bristles do not line up, therefore can be difficult to do line work.....Service was very good though so will use again.

I did not like the service in the shop in Malvern but that was a few years ago . i prefer shopping via the internet. Products are as requested accurately and in good condition and postage fast.check out Jackson"s prices. only problem is the postage but for lighter items worth the trouble. if only your prices are comparable to Jacksons.
