I seemed to be able to navigate my way around the website OK. Could have used a slightly larger image of the watercolour brush heads so I could really see what i was ordering. In the Robert Wade Nerf range , a size 10/0 had a smaller length of hairs than I thought the photograph portrayed. I thought they were long and skinny like 4 but thinner.

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of my order, however one tube of paint was damaged and leaking. I rang up and also sent a photo of the damage. I haven't heard anything since.....a bit disappointing.
