Very professional service.When my order of Unison pastel portrait set was delayed I was contacted immediately. When I contacted to check the progress I found the staff courteous and helpful. I found the service and interaction with your store very professional. When you noted a difficulty in the immediate supply of the unison pastel set you contacted me straight away. I initially contacted the shop by phone to define product availability. I received courteous and effective service by the customer service staff who directed me appropriately to the website.
