My order was for an item I needed urgently, which I was informed shortly after ordering it, that it was on backorder.

Communication was very good and I so was shipping, I was able to get my item in time and without a lot of stress as I was informed every step of the way.

Good well packaged products. Previously delivered to the address, however this time the items sat in the Post Office for 10 days. No advice was sent by Australia Post and the tracking wasn't available.

Senior Art website was easy to navigate. The range available was extensive. My selection was delivered promptly. I will use Senior Art again. I cannot comment on their service because I did not need to use them.

Please would you tell me the names of the 2 different watercolour papers that came as a trial. One was white and the other slightly grey. If I like them I might want to order some large sheets but I need to know what they are called.
