Great communication throughout - was advised that one item ordered temporarily out of stock, offered option of deleting item from order or waiting. Was kept informed throughout waiting period. Great customer service, way ahead of many many many on-line purchase experiences I have had. A seven star performance.PS: the items are great!

I placed my order at 10am on the Wednesday and received it on the Thursday! Awesome service!! I have purchased Daniel Smith watercolors in other stores but yours is the best price anywhere.
