Hi. Just found it a little difficult ordering on the phone. It was annoying as it went to the order then you had to go back to the product. Easier if you said do you want to continue with your order. Annoying when ordering something like pencils.Review date 06.12.2015

I am very happy with all the purchases I have made at Malvern and on the website. The price and range is very good. Delivery time is amazing. I think that sometimes I find things in the shop that I can't find on the website, but I can't think of an example at the moment.Review date 05.12.2015

Service as always...excellent, delivery super fast to North Queensland island, one issue with the website is that it does not return to the last item after you purchase something, have to scan through the lists again, needs a little codeing to fix.Review date 05.12.2015

The walnut ink and the brush I bought arrived in double quick time and were lovely.Also, I put in my order a few minutes before I received your email offering free freight for the day. But a few days later you kindly refunded my freight payment without my asking for it. Few businesses value their clients enough to do that. Thank you.

Fabulous service. Items arrived promptly, packed well and in good condition. Unfortunately the book ordered was no longer in print, & another was sent. When contacted about this the staff were wonderful, they sourced the problem within 10 minutes and a refund was provided within 1 hour.
