Easy to navigate site. Felt shipping cost was excessive for 3 tubes of paint but understand the use of prepaid bags. Would consider using more often if not for shipping cost, but still happy to come back when I need larger orders.

Website layout is not that user friendly. lots of tiny menu items on the left and a search bar all the way on the right. the layout is cluttered and noisy.

standard prices are not that competitive. service, packaging shipment prices are OK.

usually my second choice for supplies because of the above, but I would prefer to shop with senior
