Having my parcel sent express post was a nice surprise. Great prices, always friendly and helpful service. Only one tiny problem with the watercolour tubes, is that as soon as you take the lid off the paint starts flowing, but that's no reflection on the quality of the actual paints - they're beautiful! Very happy with service and products, delivered very promptly after my error with payment which was sorted by your friendly staff.Daniel Smith watercolours are amazing, some really different colours for me, jadeite green,perylene maroon and indanthrone blue all beautiful rich and dark colours. My only criticism is that one of the brush shipments were not packaged well. The brushes were able to move around inside the packaging and the $96 Escoda Mop, (no protective cylinder) received some flattening impact on the tip. Fortunately I was able to restore it after wetting and reshaping.Review date 05.04.2016
