As far as I know Senior's. Is the only Victorian art supply to stock Nitram charcoal products. It was pleasing to be offered free postage for first purchase after travelling up to Melbourne and not finding the Baton in the store.

The reason I have rated the service as two stars only is because I ordered an out of stock item and received an e-mail advising that the item was restocked, upon ordering I was informed a "computer glitch" had occurred and the item was not in stock after all.

I was most impressed with your rapid response to my order, letting me know that one pencil was out of stock, when it would be available and then arranging an immediate refund on my credit card.
