Ordered item was not in stock. Staff member took the initiative to source the item from another store, then rang me to advise that the goods were available for collection. A pleasant surprise as a long delay, possibly a month or more, was expected. Excellent service!

Good service. I mostly buy special offers as I usually have postage costs as well. Wonderful to have free postage on last order. I would buy more product this month if the free postage over $100 was applicable.
Would love to visit store if I travel to Melbourne.
