Rambled around the excellent on-line site for a month or two and clarified my shopping list then decided to visit the Malvern store ... what a revelation! I like the competitive prices of the products, however I think the shipping costs could be capped for regular products, just like some of your competitors.I think adding further products, especially other brands of paints, would be good too.
