Excellent friendly and informative service over phone. Staff product knowledge excellent. Very quick delivery appreciated as I live in remote Victoria and only visit store rarely. I'm happy with the products I bought in my first order. The prices were very good but I had hesitated because of the cost of shipping at approximately $15, a bit more than I usually pay. With free shipping, the decision to buy was easy to make. Unfortunately, it took from the 3rd to the 9th for the order to be shipped - a long time! Thanks GailReview date 20.01.2015

I've been buying from Senior Art Supplies for a couple of years now. As a professional artist, I buy regularly and I've found Seniors to just go that extra mile for customer service that I just haven't found with bricks and mortar retail stores.If there is an issue with items or with stock their communication is fantastic.
