Apart from a mailing mixup which required me driving to your store to return the misaddressed items, it was a pleasant and successful transaction. I suggest that if future issues occur regarding addressing errors, that Seniors cover the cost of returning said item. As it was I drove 30 km all up to return a box mailed to me in error.

I had trouble finding specific watercolour colours and prices. I couldn’t find one of my desired colours in the DS range so checked out without it. Loading was quite slow, which is unusual for my home internet.

I am in QLD.. but have continued to use Seniors since coming from Victoria 20 years ago... because the service, is excellent, prompt and well packaged, and most particularly I find the website Clear and Easily Negotiated... (not so with other art suppliers , so take care you do not make too many alterations to this!)
