I received telephone help quickly and I ordered from interstate.(Qld)
I was surprised how quickly my item was delivered to my neighbours house back in Melbourne.
The staff person I spoke to in Melbourne was SO helpful and pleasant to speak with.

You just need to have a pop up that says you are out of stock in some products when ordering 7 of one colour and only able to register 5 in cart.

Always an excellent experience. Customer service is outstanding. There was a small mistake in my last order which was corrected instantly at no charge. You cannot beat the service Senior Art gives to customers. That is why they have loyal customers who keep coming back. Their prices, sales and product line is tops.
