I have only had good experiences shopping online (or once upon a time in their store in Melbourne). The staff are always helpful, the products top quality, and the orders come promptly and are well packaged. Also they have great specials. What's not to like?Review date 26.11.2021

Thank you - the pastels arrived very promptly which was great. However the packaging was poor and some of the pastels were broken and all of them had rubbed against each other and were dirty on the outside - a little disappointing this time.Review date 25.11.2021

I cannot find any fault. The communication was excellent and the purchases well packed. Everything came intact. The prices could always be cheaper.The opting out cookie feature is confusing - it could be clearer with less words.
I prefer a choice to buy pencils in bulk e.g. a box of 12 2B pencils at a better rate instead of individually.
