I have only had good experiences shopping online (or once upon a time in their store in Melbourne). The staff are always helpful, the products top quality, and the orders come promptly and are well packaged. Also they have great specials. What's not to like?

Thank you - the pastels arrived very promptly which was great. However the packaging was poor and some of the pastels were broken and all of them had rubbed against each other and were dirty on the outside - a little disappointing this time.
