Very happy with the freight arrangements and standard of packaging. Your web site freezes when I attempt to go to sub categories in watercolour paints. Works on other sub categories such as paper.

Have sent two emails and no response. Got text re delivery EasterSaturday. I was home. No parcel. Found 3 days later in my letterbox a good distance from my front door. In package was a small plastic container that said soft pastels. Three days later found the 4 tubes of paint inside. Did not receive the masking tape. Not impressed.
