Website was a bit difficult to use, not a great customer experience. Products were hard to find and the getting to the check out was a bit clunky. Products are amazing though. Shipping was quick and plenty of notifications.Review date 19.11.2023

One issue that I haven't yet had time to mention. I received Burnt Umber "Norma Blue" (watersoluable oil paint instead of "Norma" oil paint.Please advise as to what to do to rectify this
