When ordering, website allowed me to change my billing address but not my shipping address. So I ph the store immediately once I placed my order to confirm my new delivery address, which I was told was then updated.My order of $314. was shipped to my old address. It was only that I was in contact with person at my old address that I got parcel.

An easily missed required field (Mr. Mrs. etc) at the top of the online order page was frustrating and apparently a common problem with your online orders ...that obviously needs remedying... but I was pleased it was resolved quickly by phoning attentive staff.The ferrule of the brush had been bent but was re-bendable. Probably Aus Post!
