I have been extremely happy with the general service, and staff attitudes when ordering.I am in QLD , so have no comment on actual stores, but on-line ordering has been attended promptly, orders arriving well packed and perfect order.
My only complaint is in ordering recently I was sent the wrong thing, and now awaiting the replacement.
