as product was damaged i thought a discount would have been offered i was going to order a board or 2 and asked about shipping it seemed one board would not be bulky only it was i also asked what 100z meant as i use 380 and did not get a suitable reply so just ordered paint i feel the shipping cost was excessive also there was a 20%off theReview date 06.07.2020

I really don’t know how to rate you. I am still feeling a bit annoyed because one of the products I’d ordered (empty watercolour half pans) – which was actually the reason for me choosing Senior this time as nobody else had them – turned out to be out of stock although online it said available. The Baohong sample pack arrived in excellent condition and the added bonus of the Daniel Smith swatch card was a wonderful surprise!! Thank you.I have since told fellow members of our small local art group about the product and the service. (The nearest local supplier of art supplies is 40 minutes away.)
