I’ve been ordering from Seniors for many years and have always received the very best service, as again this time. Staff are extremely helpful and know the products. Package arrived very quickly and perfectly packaged to protect contents. Love their sales and service. The new website is a challenge for my old IPad, but Kim, Ben and Bec sorted me.

My only reason for giving 4**** for product is that with every order I receive of Prismacolour pencils, the white ones always break, every time I sharpen them. Should I be telling SAS this or contacting the manufacturer? If it is the latter, can you send me their address please.
