I am very happy with all of my purchases. And I am particularly impressed with the care taken to safely package full sheets of watercolour paper - a product that could have been easily damaged in transit - and also the timely manner of its arrival.I will definitely shop again.

I called prior to placing the order to ensure the products were in stock. The lovely lady (I wish I could recall her name) explained to me the process if there happened to be unavailable products at the time of packing and shipping. Very clear, very helpful, very positive. Excellent service.My husband had accidentally put in old address on previously filled address on order. We panicked a bit because post office box is no longer current. Contacted by email an a phone call and it was all fixed up. Arrived safely.
